Warranty Terms

Article 1. LEDFUL provides an excellent after-sales service on the prerequisite of customer satisfaction.

1. All the products purchased from LEDFUL possess the following rights:
A: Unconditional replacement within 7 days. During this period, any belongs to under normal usage circumstance cause because of the product quality’s problem of breakdown, customers can bring the purchasing invoice and the customer couplet that has filled, and get the replacement or maintenance from our company. When the customer choose replacement, LEDFUL should be responsible to replace a new one with the same type and specification to customers. The new replacement one should be higher performance if customers meet some type stop production.
B: 3-8 years warranty for maintenance. Five years warranty quality service shall be provided for the
defective products that under normal working condition within five years from the production finish date.
2.The repaired products will be sent back at LEDFUL cost to customer within 7 days( from the date we receive the defective products at customers cost).
3.Quality discrepancy document should be provided by the Buyer within 7 days after receiving the goods.
4.Special instruction: our warranty scope is products produced by LEDFUL. The warranty of accessories purchased from other companies shall be based on their warranty terms.
5.Supplier repair at free cost and customer & supplier share the shipping cost in the warranty period.

Article 2. Free maintenance won’t be given under the following circumstance:

1. Absent or damage of the purchasing invoice and relevant warranty documents.
2. The fragile sticker has been damaged.
3. The breakdown caused by the manipulation that hasn’t follow the requests of the manual or non-proper use; Deform or corrupted in transit for repairing; Man-made damages such as interior components missing or damaged, connecting finger burnout or scratches on the surface.
4. The breakdown and the damage caused by the Force majeure (such as lightning strike, fire or flood etc)

Article 3. Reasonable repairing cost will be charged for the products that out of warranty range but yet repairable.

1. The seller shall not be held responsible for the free maintenance or replacement with quality problems caused by improper keeping or screen humidity (long-term unused) during warranty (subject to third-party test results).
2. The seller shall not be held responsible for the free maintenance or replacement if not following the operation guidance (such as static damage caused by ground wire disconnection) during warranty.
3. Please read carefully (LEDFUL LED SCREEN OPERATION GUIDANCE) attached to Proforma Invoice.

Our responsibility to the warranty card limits to repairing or replacing defective products and shall be exempt from any direct or indirect relevant losses to the purchaser or the third parties. Any disputes arising from this warranty range shall be settled according to our local law and regulations.
