What is COB Technology?

COB technology is the abbreviation of Chip on Board Technology, which means that solder LED chip on PCB and seal with epoxy resin, especially applied to the small pitch project, this technology is in the good graces of many customers, and also widely praised.

The operating principle of COB technology principle：
